How to download: Just right click on right mouse button on download below template you wants to download and save as save target (which popup in window)in your computer location where you wants.
How to upload to blogger: For this login your blogger account, Go to layout,edit template,then 'choose' from your computer then upload. Note that if you have pre setting for blogger then your all settings will be lost, it is non reversible, to escape for this tragidy first you have to do, is download your current template by clicking (download your full template).Now you can reverse all if you not like your new template.
